Company Info

ResumePro Career Solutions started in 2018 with a simple mission: help people land jobs faster by treating their resume like a product—not a formality. We’ve since coached over 12,000 professionals, with a 94% job placement rate within 90 days.

We’re not a staffing agency. We’re a career acceleration firm. Our clients include tech professionals in Karachi, finance analysts in Lahore, and healthcare leaders in Islamabad. We partner with platforms like Monster and Glassdoor, and our templates are used by career centers at top Pakistani universities.

Our culture? Fast, feedback-driven, and fiercely supportive. We don’t do micromanagement. We do results. If you’re self-motivated, obsessed with clarity, and hate clichés (“hardworking team player” makes us cringe), you’ll fit right in.

Eligibility Criteria

You don’t need a PhD. But you do need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Psychology, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in resume writing, career coaching, or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of helping clients land jobs (portfolio or case studies required)
  • Deep understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and keyword optimization
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Urdu proficiency is a plus
  • Experience with tools like Canva, Grammarly, LinkedIn Recruiter, or Zety
  • Ability to work independently and meet weekly client deadlines

Wait, why apply here? Because we don’t just talk about career growth—we live it. You’ll get mentorship, access to premium tools, and the chance to shape our next-gen AI-assisted resume platform (yes, we’re building one).

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1:1 career coaching sessions (virtual) with clients to uncover their unique value proposition
  • Rewrite and optimize resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles using data-driven strategies
  • Tailor content to specific industries—tech, finance, healthcare, education—using role-specific keywords
  • Stay updated on hiring trends, job market shifts, and ATS algorithm changes
  • Create and deliver mini-training modules on resume best practices for webinars and blog content
  • Collaborate with our design team to refine resume templates for visual impact and readability
  • Provide actionable feedback to clients within 48 hours of submission
  • Maintain a 90%+ client satisfaction score based on post-placement surveys

Here’s the catch: this isn’t just about formatting. It’s about psychology. You’ll need to read between the lines—what did they really achieve? How do we turn “managed a team” into “led a 12-person cross-functional team that reduced onboarding time by 30%”? That’s the difference between a resume that gets ignored and one that gets interviews.

Salary & Benefits

We pay competitively—because talent deserves it.

  • Base Salary: PKR 85,000 – PKR 120,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to PKR 25,000 quarterly for exceeding client satisfaction and placement targets
  • Remote Work Stipend: PKR 5,000/month for internet and workspace setup
  • Learning Budget: PKR 15,000 annually for courses (Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, etc.)
  • Health Allowance: PKR 10,000/month (can be used for insurance or wellness apps)
  • Flexible Hours: Core hours 10 AM – 2 PM PKT, otherwise your schedule
  • Paid Time Off: 18 days/year + national holidays
  • Career Growth: Path to Senior Strategist, Team Lead, or Product Specialist

By the way, we don’t believe in burnout. If you’re swamped, we adjust. Your mental health matters.

FAQ Section

Q: Do I need to be based in Pakistan?

A: Yes. While the role is remote, we require candidates to be residents of Pakistan due to client timezone alignment and payroll regulations.

Q: What if I’ve only written my own resume?

A: That’s a start—but we need proof you can do it for others. Consider volunteering with a university career center or offering free reviews on Reddit (r/resumes) to build samples.

Q: Is there room for growth?

A: Absolutely. Within 12–18 months, top performers move into leadership, product development, or specialized coaching (e.g., executive resumes).

Q: How do you measure success?

A: Client job placement rate, satisfaction scores, and repeat referrals. We don’t care about hours logged—only outcomes delivered.

Q: What’s the biggest mistake candidates make?

A: Sending generic applications. We can tell when you’ve copied and pasted. Show us you’ve read this ad. Mention “ATS” or “quantify results” in your cover letter.

Think you have what it takes? Good. We’re waiting.
